You have the right to cancel your purchase and return delivered goods by contacting TIDLÖS customer service or using the contact form on TIDLÖS website within 14 days from receiving the goods, provided that the goods are unpacked and in the same condition as when you received them. Do not send goods to us before you have been in contact with customer care. The customer is responsible for the risk of transporting the returned goods to TIDLÖS.
TIDLÖS is not responsible for the refund of the shipping cost.
When receiving your return, our warehouse checks the condition of the goods, and once they are cleared, we pay back your funds. Kindly note that it can take 3-6 working days for the payment to show on your account (how long depends on your card issuer).
